I love my Misen knives (I bought a… I love my Misen knives (I bought a chef's knife and paring knife). They are well-made and nicely balanced in the hand. I've had them for a few months now and they are still sharp with minimal maintenance so I expanded the set. The blue handles are a nice touch of style.
